Service & Maintenance

The service and maintenance of your machine is critical to limit the amount of breakdowns and downtime it will suffer. We can offer annual service contracts that allows you to remain focused on your day to day business while we focus on keeping you operational. We follow LOLER Regulations for servicing machinery and our service staff will automatically issue you an electronic copy of the report as soon as the service has been completed.

At Lee Engineering Services Ltd we aim to be efficient by working smarter. Every machine we visit will be added to our machine log allowing us to build a detailed history of your machines life through its years in service. This knowledge can be used spot patterns of failure and help diagnose underlying issues and lets us make more informed decisions.

Breakdown & Repairs

We have engineers stationed in the Midlands and on the South Coast of England giving us great access to the North, Central London and the surrounding counties. Our average response time from your initial call is just 4 hours, and we have a proven track record of resolving or diagnosing the majority of issues within the first 2 hours on site.

We can occassionally put temporary measures in place to allow your machine to continue in operation safely while we source the necessary replacement parts. We have spent years building our trusted relationships with the leading suppliers of loading bay equipment in the UK and can work on any brand.

Site Surveys

We are able to attend sites on your behalf to gather critical information relating to your upcoming installations. This includes a detailed report on clear access routes, site dimensions, site photographs and videos where possible and we can even accurately produce 2D and 3D drawings that can be passed on to your designers and engineers to give them the best information possible without even attending site themselves.
